At Tilley, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the request and select your items.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the return is scanned to trigger the tracking process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
